How can I export data in WinSPC to Excel, CSV or HTML format?

Introduction
WinSPC supports exporting data from within WinSPC into XLS (Microsoft Excel 97-2003), XLSX (Microsoft Excel 2007-2020), CSV (Text) and HTML (Web) formats. This can be done from either the Variable Analyzer, Attribute Analyzer or Data Set Builder.
 Procedure
1a. Right-click on any of the following object(s) (or their related folder(s)) and select 'Query' to bring up a Data Set Builder window:

1b. Right-click on one of the following object(s) in the Administrator Window to bring up the an Analyzer:
  • Variable
  • Attribute

1c. Use a Dashboard to Open an Analyzer window.

2. In either the Data Set Builder window or the Analyzer window, select 'Export to file'.
3. From the 'Save As' window, select where you want to save the file.
NOTE: If you are using Remote Desktop, Terminal Services or a Citrix environment, take care to save the file to a location you will be able to have access to later.
4. From the 'Save as type:' dropdown menu, select your desired export type.
5. Name your file something appropriate.
6. Press 'Save'.  

 
Alternately, you can click the Copy to Clipboard button on any of these windows to copy the filtered data directly to your Windows clipboard in a Tab Dilimited format.
